Conditions relating to the tenant :

1. -Presentation of the original driving license with at least 2 years of experience.
2. -Presentation of a valid original identity document (national card for resident Moroccans and passport in the case of MREs and non-Moroccans.
3. -Be at least 22 years old.

The rental contract & the responsibilities of the first driver :

1. – The rental contract designates the first driver of the car & who is solely responsible for any deterioration or degradation in the condition of the car following improper handling or use on an unsealed road.
2.  – A check of the condition of the car and its accessories is essential before signing the contract. No previous dispute from the customer is accepted.

The insurance excess in the event of a claim :

1. – All our cars are covered by comprehensive insurance with a 10% excess.
2. – In the event of an accident and your liability is fully or partially incurred, you will only bear 10% of the value of the damage caused in addition to the days the car is immobilized for repairs.
3. – In the event of an accident and your liability is not incurred, our insurance contract provides for your towing to one of our nearest agencies where we will deliver another rental car of the same category.
4. – The driver’s liability is designated by a report or report made by the representative of the insurance company or by the representative of the local authorities at the scene of the accident (traffic police officer in cities & police officers). royal gendarmerie in rural areas).
5. – Any damage following an incident not justified by an amicable accident report or a report from the local authorities is the responsibility of the tenant (i.e. the first driver mentioned on the rental contract, who remains the one and only responsible of the car even when parked).
6. – The repair of any damage or deterioration of the car following drunk driving is 100% the responsibility of the 1st driver, in addition to the days of immobilization of the car for repair.
7. Mechanical problem on the car :

           – In the event of a mechanical breakdown, we undertake to replace the rental car with a new car of the same category at no cost to                you and even the period of immobilization of the car will be granted to you as an extension of the pre-contract. sign.

People transported & baggage :

1. – The insurance contract concluded between Aido Car Casablanca and our insurer covers the car with five people on board. Any additional charges are not covered and the consequences of this situation are the responsibility of the car renter.
2. – The tenant is solely responsible for the luggage transported. Please remember that it is prohibited to use the rental car for the transport of goods.
3. – Any baggage with illicit content (narcotics & drugs) is prohibited. The tenant in this case is solely responsible for the consequences.

Payment methods accepted :

1. – For your convenience, we advise you to pay for your rental by payment card approved by JR IFGH Car.
2. – An insurance excess deposit is blocked on your credit card upon delivery of the car. This must be in the name of the tenant.
3. – The amount of the insurance guarantee deposit is equal to that of the insurance excess ( 10% of the new value of the rental car chosen ).
4. – Payment of the contractual rental amount will be required upon signing the contract in cash, by bank check or by bank card against signed and sealed receipt.
5. – In the case of the application of a promotional offer, non-compliance with the rental period scheduled on the day of delivery of the car will systematically result in invoicing at the public price in force depending on the season.

Dispute & non-compliance with the clauses of the rental contract :

1. – The tenant undertakes to return the car to its owner on the day the contract expires in the condition mentioned on the checking established on the day of delivery of the car. The owner of the car preserves the right to recover his car on the day the rental contract expires or on the day non-compliance with one of the contractual clauses is noted.
